COVID-19 MEASURES

Dear Valued Customer,

At Centennial Mazda, we prioritize safety above all else. This is why we are continually monitoring COVID-19 and updating our operational procedures daily based on recommendations from public health and government officials. We strive to help protect the health and well-being of our customers and employees and to do our part to minimize the spread of the virus in Canada.

As a result, in order to maintain the safest possible environment for our clients and our team, we have instituted a multi-phase plan in consultation with public health recommendations:

SOCIAL DISTANCING

From floor markings and partitions to reconstructed waiting areas and the elimination of physical greetings, social/physical distancing is a central component of our continued operations.

 

MONITORING

All employees confirm daily that they do not meet any of the self-isolation criteria established by the public health authority.

 

ENHANCED CLEANING

Continual storewide cleaning and disinfecting is a critical part of the Centennial Mazda’s operational strategy. With a team approach, we focus on common customer touchpoints in vehicles and in the store.

 

AWARENESS

Providing an abundance of guidance – through signage, social media, and one-on-one communication – to both our staff and our clients on the measures we’ve taken and our expectations is a vital aspect of our operational plan.
