Meet Our New Service Advisor: Dean Buell

With experience in heavy rental equipment and a passion for helping people, Dean is dedicated to making sure our customers feel supported and confident with their vehicles. We asked him a few questions to help you get to know the person behind the Service Advisor role.

Have you worked in the automotive industry before, or is this your first role?

Not in the automotive industry, but I have experience in heavy rental equipment. I really enjoy how customer problems are handled in this role.

If you could take any vehicle on the lot for a spin, which one would you choose and why?

Definitely a Mazda Miata because I love its look and style.

What was the first vehicle you ever owned (or the first one you drove regularly)?

A 1979 Honda Civic.

What’s one service or maintenance item you always recommend customers stay on top of?

Stay up to date with oil and filter changes. It’s simple but keeps your vehicle running smoothly.

What’s a fun or unexpected fact about you?

I play golf — enough said!

And lastly, can you tell us a little about yourself — where you’re from, your hobbies, or how you like to spend your time outside of work?

I was born and raised in Charlottetown, and I’ve recently gotten back into golfing after many years. Most of all, I love spending time with my grandsons — they're at the top of my priority list.
